Papers submitted for publication will be sent in electronic format to the contact address of the journal, posted on its web site, at least three months before the appearance of the journal.

Papers should be typed according to the instructions of editing, otherwise the papers will be returned to the corresponding author.

Evaluation of papers will be done by the Editorial Board of the journal, composed of internationally recognized personalities.

Each paper will be advised by at least 2 reviewers, not affiliated with the same institution as the author(s), in double blind peer review system.  The paper review form can be found here.

Papers not accepted will be returned to the authors with the highlight reasons for rejecting them.

Accepted papers will be published in the current issue of the journal.

There are no fees for papers submission, processing or publication.

In order that a paper to be published, the copyright agreement form has to be filled and signed by author(s). The copyright agreement form can be found here.

Since 2021, DOI numbers are assigned free of charge for the published scientifical papers.

The papers are published according to Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) license type (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/). 

Authors bear full responsability for the papers content.
